Whether or not a PG Diploma in Human Rights Law is equivalent to an LLM depends on the specific program and the institution offering it. In general, however, a PG Diploma in Human Rights Law is a shorter and less rigorous program than an LLM. As such, it is not always considered to be equivalent in terms of academic rigor or professional value.

As the admission process depends on various factors such as the number of seats available, the total number of applicants, and the category-wise cutoffs, it is difficult to determine the probability of admission based on just the rank. However, since you have secured a good rank in the SC category for Human Rights, there is a possibility that you may get admission in the LLM course at BBAU. It is recommended to check the previous years' cutoffs and admission trends and also to keep track of the admission process updates provided by the university.
