The UAB has general requirements for international students to get admission to undergraduate programs. Students are asked to submit their grades, GPA, curriculum score, and additional test scores. An IELTS band score between 5.0 and 5.5 is considered a modest score. And will not make you eligible to apply to Tier I universities abroad. The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a popular English Language proficiency exam for candidates who are looking to study abroad. The IELTS results for paper-based tests in India are declared on the 13th day after the test date at 12:00 AM GMT. This means that if you take the IELTS on paper in India on a Monday, your results will be available online on the following Wednesday at 12:00 AM GMT.

IELTS results for computer-delivered tests in India are declared within 3 to 5 days after the test date. This means that if you take the IELTS on a computer in India on a Monday, your results will be available online on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.

You can check your IELTS results online at the IDP IELTS website. You will also receive your official Test Report Form (TRF) by post within 5 to 7 days of your results being declared. Candidates should note that British Council is no longer conducting IELTS exams and all IDP IELTS India is solely responsible for conducting the IELTS exam in India.
