English is the language of instruction at the University of Huddersfield. Most of the programsa the University of Huddersfield are taught in English language. Therefore, international students are required to demonstrate their English langauge proficiency. Besides, IELTS international students can prove their proficiency in the English by submitting TOEFL and PTE scores. The minimum English test scores required for the University of Huddersfield are as follows:

New Jersey Institute of Technology admissions acknowledges TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE scores as proof of English language capability. International candidates (whose native tongue isn’t English) are also expected to display English language proficiency. The first-year students applying to 2024 Intake can choose not to submit SAT or ACT scores, it does not apply to Albert Dorman Honors College or accelerated programme applicants. International students willing to take admission to U of SC need to submit evidence of English language proficiency and they can submit the test scores of IELTS / TOEFL / PTE, etc. The test scores needed in these English language exams are given below:

The University allows various English proficiency tests for its international students. Applicants can give IELTS, TOEFL and Dulingo (any one test) to prove your english Language proficiency. The minimum IELTS score required for admission to the University of Otago is an overall score of 6.0, with no individual band below 5.5 for undergraduate programs, and an overall score of 6.5, with no individual band below 6.0 for postgraduate programs. However, you can take the EFO admission test even if you don't have proof of your minimal level of English ability. Only those who have been offered a spot at Otago may take the free EFO admission exam. The following are the needed EFO admission exam results:
EFO Minimum for Undergraduates: 55/100
EFO Graduate Requirement 60/100.

Vanderbilt University's admission requirements for international students comprise of English proficiency exam score as a major entry requirements. However, students can manage to secure admission in VU without an ELP score if they meet at least one of the criteria listed below:
- Completed three of the last four educational years in a majority English-speaking curriculum; OR
- SAT score: 630 & Above in Evidence-based Reading and Writing section; OR
- ACT score: 26 & Above.

Southern New Hampshire University admission requirements for international students include official English exam scores as a major entry requirement. However, prospective international students can study in SNHU without IELTS score if they provide at least one of the following documents listed below:
- Proof of a full academic year of high school in the U.S. with a passing grade in one year of standard English; OR
- Proof of successful completion of undergraduate post-secondary education in the US; OR
- Successful completion of the appropriate level based on current agreement terms at an English Pathway Partner; OR
