These are good scores to get into the good Canadian colleges. The writing part scores of IELTS can be a bit of concern. It also depends on which course you are opting.

You have really excellent scores. You can definitely apply to top notch universities in Canada. Following are the universities recommended to apply:
UBC, Alberta University, Waterloo University, Calgary University, York University, Toronto University, McMaster University, Victoria and Queens University.

Your IELTS scores are upto the mark. Make sure in all modules you have scored 6 or above bands. Coming to your CGPA, if I convert it into percentage it would be around 57 to 59%. Canada universities Masters requirement is 60% above. I would recommend you to apply to colleges in Canada for graduate certificate programs. Top universities will instead waive off IELTS or TOEFL. If you are interested for a management course from a top university you will most likely require work experience and GMAT score. Visit some university websites and check the MBA requirements, you will get an idea. Some popular schools include Harvard, MIT, LBS, NYU, etc.
