Hi,
Where do you plan to study? Since you are asking about a university list, you should get in touch with a professional study abroad counseling provider who can evaluate your profile and shortlist universities for you. It is also better, if you do some research, start learning about the entry requirements by visiting university websites, match the requirements with your profile and have an idea.

You have a good overall IELTS score but, your writing bands may create a problem because most of the colleges in Canada demand that every component of the IELTS exam should be greater than 6 bands. I'll recommend to again give IELTS so that in every component you get at least 6 bands.

It depends on college to college. Most of the good colleges will not accept you because they want students who have very good academic scores. What you could do is make your SOP (Statement of Purpose) very good that it impresses the Canadian colleges, and then there's a chance for your admission.

Here is the link. It gives you the universities and the required IELTS score corresponding to it. Please note that this just shows the requirements based on IELTS score only. It doesn't mean that your course will be available in the University. Check accordingly and then apply. All the best.

Chances in USF is decent, your percentile is also good. They will evaluate your SOP, LOR etc. GRE score is okay but it is always good to have a score above 310. Good thing is USF and most universities in USF checks overall application package and not just one factor. So, good luck. Canada, well is very competitive for MS.
