Hi Parth, your query is very ambiguous. Abroad means any country and every country has different admission requirements. GRE is also not required by every university or country. It is also very difficult to suggest particular universities from all the world without knowing what your education background is, what you want to study and where you want to study. Universities may consider the IELTS score if you have a good academic profile. Here, it is important to see what your academic percentile is. Also very important that you check with the universities .
