Hi,
With 54%, you will not be accepted by German universities. Required score is around 75% to study in Germany. You can check options in Poland, Ireland, Austria, etc. For a Bachelor's degree, an IELTS of 6 with no section less than 5 is required but every university and country has different requirements. You will find the requirements on the university websites.

Hi Nikhil,
You have to visit university websites and research yourself for specific admission requirements. Admissions are not based on IELTS alone and if an university finds your profile strong they may accept you. Every program and University has different admission requirements. You may also be required to take a bridge course in English if the university suggests.

Hi Saurabh,
Basis your CGPA, you will find higher options in Australia and European countries like France and Netherlands. Australia also has better demand for professionals in this field.

Hi,
The first link I shared gives you the complete information about Poland's study requirements. If you are taking a short term course, its possible that you don't require IELTs.

Hi,
Poland or any other country will require either their language or English as a medium and as an international student you need to show your proficiency in the language through IELTS or TOEFL as the case may be.

Hi,
Canada has almost 98 universities of which many might be taking the 6.5 IELTS score so you need to be specific about the course you are planning to pursue and any specific preference for provinces.

Hi Mani,
Most of the universities ask for 7 bands in IELTS for Masters. If you are planning for it, check the eligibility of the course and university. You can pursue Diploma with this score.

Hi,
You first need to get the acceptance from the universities you are planning to apply with your GED and IELTS result. Once you receive the offer, you can apply for visa.
