Eligibility

The IGNOU B.Ed entrance exam is a two-hour-long test conducted in offline mode and consists of two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A includes questions on General English Comprehension, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, Educational and General Awareness, and Teaching-Learning. Part B is subject-specific and includes questions based on the candidate's chosen subject, such as Science, Mathematics, Social Science, or English. The test will have 100 multiple-choice questions carrying one mark each. There is no negative marking in the exam.

IGNOU offers a two year B.Ed course and it's  admission is based on the IGNOU B.Ed entrance test conducted by the University. There is no age limit for pursuing a B.Ed course from IGNOU. Candidates of any age can apply for the IGNOU B.Ed course.
