However, the dates have not yet been released. The IGNOU BEd Admit Card 2026 is expected to be released around March 2026, a few weeks before the exam.

The candidate need to appear for IGNOU BEd entrance test and clear it to get admission in this course. The application form is released around January and the exam is conducted in March.

IGNOU prescribes the exam pattern of its BEd entrance exam and mentions it in its official notification. As per the exam pattern, the test is of two-hour duration exam. The exam is conducted in offline mode. IGNOU BEd Entrance Exam include 100 MCQs of 100 marks that candidates need to complete in two hours. Candidates will get +1 for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for an incorrect or a question left unanswered in the exam.
