For the IGNOU MBA course, the minimum aggregate is 50% (45% for reserved category candidates). Candidates must hold the pass certificates (original/ copies) at the time of admission. These documents are required for verification purposes. The open university verifies that the applicants meet the eligibility requirements before offering seats.

The eligibility criteria for admission to IGNOU varies for different level courses. Aesthetics can be studied under Philosophy courses at IGNOU in BA, MA, PhD or Diploma course levels.

For BA Philosophy admission, IGNOU requires at least 50% in class 12 from a recognised university of India. For MA Philosophy admission, IGNOU demands a minimum of 50% marks in graduation

To be eligible for the M.Sc. Chemistry programme at IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University), candidates typically need to have completed a B.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field with at least 50% marks, though the exact percentage requirement can vary.

Since you have 53%, you likely meet the eligibility criteria for admission, as it generally falls within the required range. However, I recommend checking the latest IGNOU prospectus or contacting their admissions office to confirm any specific criteria or relaxations they may have for your situation.
