Being a general category student, you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling as the cutoff for general category was 100.You should try for private colleges.

These days, privates universities too are are a great hub for good education and placements. With this good 12th score and JEE score you can also get a seat in some of the best private universities like Lovely, Galgotia, Goenka etc that are offering admissions both on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.
