To get into IIIT Hyderabad via JEE Main, students must generally need a very high rank, often under 1,000-2,000 for CSE (General Category).

No, UGEE is considered easier in than JEE Mains, but it tests different skills, focusing more on speed, aptitude, and research potential. JEE Mains is tough and is known for its in-depth, multi-step problem-solving.

Yes, a low percentile in JEE can affect your  UGEE interview. Even in some cases with low percentile there is still hope for doing good at UGEE.

In India, there's generally no upper age limit for undergraduate degrees. Most universities allow admission even after 27 years. Only a few entrance-based courses like JEE or CLAT may have age restrictions. So yes, you can definitely join a regular college after 27, especially through state or private universities without entrance barriers.

The IIIT UGEE, or International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad Undergraduate Entrance Examination, is the entrance examination held by IIIT Hyderabad to seek admissions to its dual degree courses like B.Tech and MS. It is an annual three-hour computer-based examination. It consists of two components- SUPR, dealing in subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Maths and REAP testing candidates for research aptitude skills and, through their performance in both of these, they are screened by a process of interview before joining.
