Not only for CBSE, but also for all the other boards, the minimum percentage of marks required to get admission in NITs, IITs, etc. is 75%. So you need to have 75% or above in your board exams.

You can appear for JoSAA counselling as you would have cleared the exam but your chances of getting an IIT will be very low. Even if you get an IIT, you may not get the top ones and you will also have very low chances to get a good course.
But you can try in the counselling to get a good college and course.

Yes, you can pursue M.Des in animation at IIT Bombay. You have to pay net total of INR 82,000. But, the seats are limited to 11.

If you are confident of yourself then go for re-evaluation. Simultaneously, you can appear for JEE Advanced if you have cleared JEE Mains. Appear for WBJEE too.

All IITs do not have same value for MBA and in fact none IITs have better value except:
1. Shailesh J Mehta School of Management IIT Bombay
2. The Department of Management Studies IIT Delhi
3. Department of Management Studies IIT Madras
The job you are getting here as good as from JBIMS, NMIMS and S P Jain Andheri level of institutes.

You can choose any one because both the options are good for B.Tech, and I don't think any IIT is not good.
