Yes, you have understood correctly. JEE Advanced is only an entrance exam to determine if you can seek admission or not. But for actually getting admission, one definitely needs to pay prescribed fees for that particular course selected.

Both these institutions are world class and recruiters come in large numbers. By 2022, I feel that situation will not change much and both these institutions will continue to hog limelight!

Don't be disheartened by criticism. Work hard on academics and speaking English. You'd be surprised by the results.

Just remember that boards are very important for JEE as well as future.
Attend your school classes regularly and concentrate well on them because those are the basics for competitive exam syllabus.
At any cost, you have to go through the basics so it's better to focus on school syllabus well.
Boards syllabus is the subset of competitive exam syllabus.
Grasp school course well and practice everything on the same day. This way, you will clear up the burden of boards. And along with it, prepare for competitive exams in the same manner.

Results completely depend on the choices and steps taken by you during preparation.
It doesn't affect at all in any way for future whether you crack JEE or not.

First of all, you have to complete your 10+2 (PCM group) with good grades and also you have to appear in JEE-Mains as well as JEE-Advanced. After attempting both the entrance, if you are securing enough All India Rank you will get a seat in reputed IIT's. Start preparing as soon as you complete your class 10.

VIT is not even par with top 10 NITs and top 4 IIITs.
DTU, DAICT, NSIT, LNMIT, PEC and even Thapar are better than it.
Then how can you compare it to IITs.

You are required to have full-time work experience and if the intended job you want to do is a part-time one it won't carry any weightage. Teachers or educators are highly valued so if it is a full time job it will be accepted. However only imparting education from textbooks won't do any good. You have to show your leadership, innovative, creative, managerial skills as well as your job. So find out ways of how you can improve the job profile and go ahead with it. If you don't have work experience or no full-time job an MiM is a better option. It will have better options and perhaps may land up in a top ranking university which won'
