An immunologist can be a doctor but not all immunologists are medical doctors (MD). Immunologist even if they become a doctor cannot prescribe medicines to patients for general disease.

Immunology course is includes both medical and non medical areas of immune system.

No for admission to UG Immunology courses, NEET is not required. 

NEET UG  is an entrance examination for students who wish to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate Medical courses (MBBS, BDS, MD, MS) or Dental courses (BDS, MDS) in government or private medical colleges in India. Immunology is a specialized field within broader domain of medical sciences.

As per your question there is no any specific M.Sc. Course for immunology in Loyola college. There are courses like M.Sc. (Food Chemistry and Food Processing), and M.Sc. (Bio-Technology) which includes immunology in their curriculum and for which you have to apply online through the college website, where there is a portal for online application. Currently the portal is closed and they aren't accepting applications for 2023 admission, but it will open soon, details of which will be available. For M.Sc.
