The B.Tech direct second year admission (Lateral entry) in Maharashtra colleges are based on marks obtained in Diploma engineering courses. The basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech direct year admission is 50% marks in Diploma for general while 45% for reserved categories. No, with this score, you would not a get a good college in Delhi. Although, you can try for direct admission in some private colleges near Delhi or in Delhi NCR like, JAYPEE Noida, JSS, etc.
