Single sitting UG degree is sometimes valid, as some companies accept and some university accept for higher studies some don't , because if it is UGC recognized, then it is valid for jobs also and higher studies also.

Yes, you're eligible. A candidate is eligible to appear in CAT 2019 if he/she holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Able (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks.
