Nitish,
CGC Landran and CGC Jhanjeri are two different colleges with the same management. Being situated in Punjab, the Punjabis make the majority. Both the campuses are jovial and colourful. However, CGC Landran is in the veracity of Chandigarh and hence reflects its colours. All in all, CGC Landran is a convivial place which is full happiness and zeal.

I would say that urban design is at a very nascent stage currently in India. Not much opportunities are available in India for core urban design projects. This field is very well defined and well developed in USA, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. However, slowly people in India are realizing the importance of urban design. Large masterplans of new cities or even large townships aspire to have some elements of urban design to make themselves more meaningful and relevant. All India quota is for the students who are of other states. There will be reservation for that state and students alone and will not be reserved for other specific state, that's why they made it all India.
