Hello Mandar,
Admissions for the majority of seats are done based on ranking of MHT CET. However, some seats are assigned for "All India Quota". These seats are filled up using ranking of JEE Mains. Hi,
University of Birmingham and a degree will certainly boost your CV. However, getting a job in UK itself is difficult for Indian students. Also, it may not be easily recognized in India following strict work visa rules for Indians. Check some news articles on the same. Try to get in touch with some former students and alumni for details.
