Hi Satadal,
As you have scored 18025 in SC category in JEE Mains exam, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat in NIT Silchar in electronics or any other branches in first round will be difficult for you. So, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling. Best of luck.

The last year closing ranks at Manipal University Jaipur and MIT Manipal were 10867 and 1557 respectively. Hence, your chances are very good.

As you have scored 82 percentile in JEE Mains and your CBSE board marks is 70%, so you are eligible to take admission in Delhi in IPU. You will also get the benefits of Delhi domicile. For SASTRA - it gives admission based on total percentile calculated based on JEE and 12th percentage. Most of the seats are filled through this. Around 25-30% seats are filled based on 12th percentage. (1) Stream 1 (based on JEE Main 2019 scores and +2 Marks) for 70% of seats (2) Stream 2 (based on +2 marks) for 30% of seats
Example: If a student secures AJEE Main percentile Score of 90 and normalized +2 aggregate is 95%, the combined score of the student will be (0.25*90) + (0.75*95
