Hi Satadal,
As you have scored 18025 in SC category in JEE Mains exam, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat in NIT Silchar in electronics or any other branches in first round will be difficult for you. So, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling. Best of luck.

Hi VISHNU,
The cut-off marks vary every year. By just getting the cut-offs marks will not be sufficient for getting admission in this college. But you need to be in top 10,000 to get a seat in this college.
Best of luck.

For list of colleges based on JEE Mains Percentile/Rank you can check the below link -
https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
For SASTRA - it gives admission based on total percentile calculated based on JEE and 12th percentage. Most of the seats are filled through this. Around 25-30% seats are filled based on 12th percentage. (1) Stream 1 (based on JEE Main 2019 scores and +2 Marks) for 70% of seats (2) Stream 2 (based on +2 marks) for 30% of seats
Example: If a student secures AJEE Main percentile Score of 90 and normalized +2 aggregate is 95%, the combined score of the student will be (0.25*90) + (0.75*95
