Don't wait for BC category, just do your study.
It category can go down only 3 to 5 percent than general category.

Hi Arun,
Yes, you can get a government college via state quota, if you have the domicile certificate of Maharashtra. It doesn't matter. You can complete your education from any states. You domicile does not change.

Applicability
The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc. ). And schools under the administrative control of UTs of Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi. CTET may also apply to the unaided private schools, who may exercise the option of considering the CTET. Schools owned and managed by the State Government/local bodies and aided schools shall consider the TET conducted by the State Government. A total of 4214 students appeared for NATA 2019 first round exams held on 14th April in Karnataka. Out of which 3539 students qualified in the first round NATA 2019 and 675 students could not qualify.
