Hello Aryan, National Testing Agency is the assigned entity to conduct and all other related & relevant issues of JEE Mains. They have already published rankwise list of all candidates who appeared for the exam. But it's not in public domain. That's all.

Hello SN Akhilesh, SASTRA admits students based on combination of the marks of JEE Mains as well as the 12th. In addition, weightage to 12th is 75% while its 25% to JEE Mains. As you have good score in 12th, I feel that you have a good chance to get admission in your desired branch.
