No, you should not apply for the colleges separately after filling the exam. You will get admission through cap rounds which will happen after the results are declared. Hello Nilesh, First of all, let me congratulate you for getting such good percentile in your JEE Mains examination. To score more than 90 percentile is definitely a good thing. I am sure with this percentile you will get admission in the NIT of your desire and the branch which you are aiming. The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict where you get admission in South Gujarat area. Wait for the final AIR declaration

Yes! You need to clear any national level entrance exam to get selected. Universities like Panjab University, JNU have a international quota. You can apply through that.
