For Delhi, you need to give CLAT exam before taking admission in LL.B. As some universities want the same. And if you have finalized any college then check the eligiblity criteria and then match your 12 the marks that whether you are eligible or not. All the best.

Yes, you are eligible for NET exam. The UGC NET Exam is held for the selection of candidates for assistant professor posts in the university and colleges and for junior research fellowship and to pursue the Ph.D. The candidates need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the exam as follows:
Educational: The candidates must have completed the post graduation degree with more than 55% marks. Age: The candidates must be below 30 years for the NET JRF while there is no age limit for NET lectureship.
