It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your engineering after completion of your Diploma from Silchar. It is always good to go for degree in engineering as after passing many more doors will be open for you as compared with only Diploma. It would be very difficult, as I can't find an institute that has center in USA. Better choice would be to pursue a course in USA itself that has validity in India too.

To get admission for MBA in DSE, you have to give CAT exam. As per my knowledge, the dates to register for this has passed. But you should once check for it on the official website.
