Please specify the college/university where you wish to apply. Generally, there would be an aptitude test that you need to qualify in order to get admission in a particular institute.

Candidates must have passed degree in Arts/Science or Commerce of a University recognised by the State Government. The candidates with a degree or appear at the final semester of any degree course from any of the recognised universities can apply for the BPSC Exams or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act 1956
I hope there wouldn't be any problem, just make sure the University from which you have pursued your education is UGC Recognised. Hope this helps.

I will suggest you to do LL.B through IGNOU. it is the best option for you as you don't have to go the college regularly.
