Thank you for showing interest in Ganga Institute of Technology and Management. Our college is recognized by UGC and affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University. The eligibility to get admission in MCA (Lateral Entry) is Bachelor degree of 3 years duration in BCA, B.Sc (IT / CS) or any other examination recognized by M.D. University, Rohtak or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 or at graduate level.

If your score is more than 150. You will get a rank under 400. However, in 2017, the closing rank for OBC category was 2100 and for ST and SC, it was 4000-4100. But everyone must try to secure a rank under 400 to surely get admission.

You'll get any government college. As you haven't mentioned your stream, I can't tell you properly which stream you can get into. You will get Techno India which is a private institute, so I suggest you take admission in a good government college if possible (like Kalyani Government Engineering College and Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College).
