Go to Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC) or SGBT college. They both are equally good. In fact, I have heard that DCACs crowd is very good. Make it your 1st option if not very fond of an all-girls college. SGBT college could be your second option then.

After the completion of graduation, you can go for MD (Master of Doctor) which is best course. You should give entrance exams for the abroad so you can get scholarship and will get admission easily. Thanks.

You can get admission by management quota. For that, you can visit the college and just talk to them, they will provide you with all the details of the admission procedure and the formalities.

The eligibility criteria for CLAT is that you have completed 12th from recognised board CBSE or equivalent. So yes, you should be eligible.

Yes, of course, you can get admission in B.Tech college in CSE. You should try in your state first and sit in all the counselling rounds and you can also try some colleges in North India.
