Delhi regional candidates: 85% seats are reserved for Delhi region candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any school/institute located in Delhi.
Seat allocation on the basis of merit list: The seats in Journalism and Mass Communication Colleges in Delhi will be filled through the IPUCET merit/rank list of the respective CET code prepared for Delhi region candidates.
Students with distance education with Delhi as a test centre: If the candidate has passed the qualifying examination through distance/open education system of any recognised university/institute and had their study centres in Delhi will be considered as Delhi region candidates provided they submit the proof of their study centre in Delhi.

Yes, there are some chances with these marks in K J Somaiya.
Eligibility:
1. He/she has completed the age of 17 years on or before the first day of July of the year commencing the course.
2.He/she has passed the qualifying examination as under:
Pre-University examination or the higher secondary examination with Indian school certificate equivalent to 10+2 higher secondary examination after a period of 12 years study, the last 2 years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology with English as a subject.
The selection of students to the medical college shall be based solely on the merit of the candidate, who must have obtained not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the qualifying examination.
In respect of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/scheduled tribes and other backward classes, the requirement for the marks obtained is 40% instead of 50%.
