Most probably, every institute in India conducts entrance for integrated BBA+MBA like IIM-Indore, but Techno India doesn't conduct any entrance exam the eligibility is only 60% in your boards.

Admissions to the first year of engineering and pharmacy colleges will be based on the State Common Entrance Test MHCET and not the joint entrance exam JEE, the directorate of technical education (DTE) Maharashtra said that the entrance examination of MHTCET 2018 will be conducted for admissions into around 200 engineering institutes. MHTCET 2018 participating institutes will be located in six regions of Maharashtra: Amravati, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik and Pune. No issues. You can do your graduation in any year. There is no any limit on pursuing graduation. Probably you may not get top colleges, but you can take admission in low-level colleges.
