Hi Nishikant,
It immaterial from which broad you are you can apply to HIT. For B.Tech admission, you have to go through a test process of either JEE or WBJEE.

I can understand your problem, but if you are able to check your mark sheet online, then you don't need to worry about the validation of the certificate. All the best for the bright future ahead.

Yes, your class 10th result is valid, and it is real for Bihar board.
