IIIT Kancheepuram provides a BTech undergraduate programme. The institute provides two-year full-time M.Tech and MDes postgraduate studies. at addition to undergraduate and graduate programmes, the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing at Kancheepuram provides a few doctoral-level courses.
