You have to wait for the cut off. Without that no one can be sure about your admission in IIT Delhi.

Every institute have their own criteria for scholarship, so you have to ask for it from your college.

IIITD is better than NSIT in CSE with specialisation in artificial intelligence. IIITD achieved a lot of success in very less time. Infrastructure is very good and placements are also good. Faculty members are awesome and environment is very competitive. Clubs are active.

I don't think you can get any above mentioned college at this rank as you are from outside Delhi.

IIIT Delhi is a very good college and the placements are great here. During internships, you can learn many new things and chances are there that you will meet likeminded people. For internships, visit IIIT Delhi's website regularly for the notifications regarding it.

Better to go for CSAI, as future is of artificial intelligence. Many Indian & foreign companies are moving towards AI. So, it is a very good opportunity for you to grab it and become a leader in it. You can expect average package in CSE but I think you will get better package in CSAI, may be not in starting but surely after few years. Go for CSAI.

You have less chances in IIIT Delhi but still you can try.
