The average Industrial Engineering salary potential for beginners is around INR 4 LPA to INR 6 LPA, which differs on the basis of internship experience, skill set, job role, recruiter, and the company location. For students straight out of college, this is the initial salary package but with years of experience in the field, the earning potential will also increase and can easily go up to INR 10 LPA.
