For MBA programme the eligibility criteria for this year is Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline)or equivalent, and Interview. Therefore the exam is not a mandate. As a friend I would suggest you to first complete your BCA as you have already dedicated your 1 valuable year to it. Also, there are very few good institutes offering a Journalism course at Bachelor level. Keeping in mind your keen interest towards Journalism, I would suggest you to pursue a part time Certificate course in Journalism and after completing your BCA you can opt for a full time PG in Journalism or Mass Comm. Well, the prevailing time is extremely competitive. The recruiter doesn't need the certification, but relevant skill to get his tasks completed with utmost efficiency.
