After BCA I would say that you should be applying for PGD in Data Analytics. But you should make sure that have studied maths and have a good knowledge of it. This is a very interesting course which is offered by JK Lakshmipat University situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan. I would say that conserving the hard times that the economy is facing currently, it is very important that you set yourself apart from lot. Hi AnushkaBCA is an enterprising course these days and if added with MCA it would give you better career options. For MCA Lateral entry the eligibility would be a pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA For MCA lateral entry it is already taken into consideration that the student has at least some basic & rudimentary knowledge of CS
The university which you choose should be an enterprising one giving you the best academics in the from of good faculty, infrastructure, well-equipped labs, research facilities, wide platform, exposure and scholarships. Yes definitely you will be eligible for MS abroad after your B.Tech in India. These days universities also offer the credit transfer course. Like if you want to go abroad fro higher studies abroad, you can take the credit transfer course of B.Tech in LPU where in due to the tie ups of the university with universities abroad you can do your first two years in LPU and the third an fourth year abroad and you will be awarded the degree of the foreign country university. Yes you can join the BCA course. Three years of gap after the completion of 12th is not a big issue.

Going for job is my suggestion. Instead of an additional degree, you can accept the job offer and you can do your Masters in distance education. If you have any specific idea in research, yes you may choose M.Tech.
