Hi,Good to know that you want to do further studies to enhance your current career. There are Diploma courses and Master's degree courses available for project management. Not sure, which state you belong to. Since you are working so you can do this course as distant learning, as lot of colleges offer distant learning. Google to check the colleges offering the course.

Yes, you can study M.Sc in Computer Science after BCA. The eligibility is either B.Sc IT, BCA or B.Tech in either CS ECE, IE or IT or even B.Sc in Physics and Electronics can get enrolled in M.Sc Computer Science. Good luck.

No, it won't affect at all because the basics that you will need will be taught in the 1st semester itself. Studying in PUC will give u an edge as u will have experience over the topics, but if you haven't studied CS or IP doesn't affect much as I had also experienced such situation during my B.Tech in CSE as I also had Bio in my PU exams. Good Luck.
