I'll prefer you to opt for the New Delhi institute of information and technology Kalkaji because it is one of the best college for PGDM in terms of ROI, placements and academic. You will get ample chances of exposures over here and good ROI too. You will get very supportive faculty members and mentors with right direction to move. For placements, you will get chances to sit for Campus interviews of Nestle, ITC, BAJAJ and many more till you got placed.

To qualify any entrance exam firstly, you should be well confident that you can crack it. Now, these are the steps you may follow -
1. Know well about BITS entrance exam, previous year's cut-off marks, syllabus
2. Analyse previous year exam papers
3. Step by step go with the syllabus, make proper notes (key for success)
4. Regular basis study with everyday or every week planning to achieve your set target of that day or week
5. Solve previous year questions after completion of particular topic

Eligibility of MCA (Lateral Entry) :
Pass in a recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA B.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science) with mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate level and obtained atleast 50 % (45 % in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examinations. (I) 10+2 years + 3 years Bachelors degree Pattern.

Hello,
The CMAT is mandatory to give only if you're interested to take admission in a management college anywhere in India. It's not used for MCA admissions.

It will help you a lot. If you have appeared in any government college entrance exam like BHU UET UPSEE then it is good. But, if you don't have any such options, then you can go with the college in your city.
