According to me, BCA isn't the best course Amity offers so expect it to be just okay. In Amity only Noida campus is good.

Learning of Java is a good decision and you shall need to learn more this way. Doing a BCA if NOT WILLING to or CANNOT do B.Tech in CS or IT, is a good decision according to your wish to enter the IT industry.

Acharya Institutes (AIT Campus) will be a better choice.

To pursue your BCA Course, I can suggest you REVA University but I ask you to do research in other colleges like Jain and Christ if your budget is little higher ranging from 60-1L. Reva University is the best in Engineering, but when the talk comes to some other courses, then I would suggest you to search for some better college than this. You may like REVA's architecture and day to day development taking place at REVA gives a best decision of taking admission in REVA. Try Garden University, it won't upset you in deciding.
