The overall ranking of Amity University as per National institutional ranking frame work (NIRF) for year 2018 is 80th and in management the university is at 48th ranks. The MBA admission are based on percentile and scores in CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT/NMAT and university test. In my opinion, if you have enough time and money, then prepare yourself for getting admission in any reputed IIMS, because the admission procedure is almost same, but the fee structure are different. The IIM-A charging about Rs 10 lacs per academic year on the hands the Amity fee is about Rs 276000 per semester. But, remember the MBA from an IIM has great weightage over other universities. First of all, you need to hold a Bachelor's degree in computers such as B.Tech Computer Science Engineering or BCA (Bachelors of computer application) or B.Tech Information technology. Post that, you need to possess a very good hold on technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, browser developer tools, Responsive web design, JavaScript and query. These are the basic technologies that sum up the definition for web development for you in UI (User interface) part. Apart from which you may to learn on technologies like SQL (database) and PHP to control backed programming as well. As far as the latest and upcoming technologies of IT industry are concerned they demand a basic knowledge of AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS etc. For real-time web application development and that will surely be a plus point for you to proceed ahead with. First of all, it is necessary to understand which direction you want to build your career or what expectations you have. In fact, what kind of job you want? Although, it is an early stage, still planning is always necessary, sooner the better. You shouldn't opt randomly. Get to know the pros and cons. You should also think of the scope after studying B.Com BBA or BCA even think of the higher studies after that. While studying B.Com, you can do CA CS CFA Costing etc. Many related professional courses are there which will be based on B.Com. These are really good degrees and will give you good salaried job.
