This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Since you are a B.Com you would not be able to take admission in MCA as you would be required to have a BCA first. However, based on your interest you can join private institutes who offer such courses affiliated to international institutes/boards to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Even for a full time MBA you would need minimum 50% marks at Graduation level, so you would not be eligible for it. Since you have work experience of 3 years you can explore executive MBA or Part time MBA or Distance MBA programme.

In general, when candidates switch career stream or there is a gap in the job, recruiters often check on the stability. So, in case of law, as it's not clear why you wish to pursue it (assuming inclination of your interest), you will get a job in various fields like lawyers can specialize in Criminal law, Real estate, Civil law and many more. Another important point to highlight is that B.A. LL.B. is a 5-year degree course.
