MCA eligibility:
Any graduate who has passed or is appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (science, commerce, arts, engineering or any approved university) is eligible to apply. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation.

Hello,
The general eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply for BCA course is: you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination equivalent (Diploma degree) with minimum 50% marks in total and also having mathematics as a subject.

Hi dear,
MCA after BCA has become compulsory these days. The main reason is basically so much technical graduates are there that the pressure and competition is more. Therefore, to secure a high profile high salaried job, masters has become mandatory. With that being said there is also scope of good placement in BCA only.

Eligibilty:
A candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/Intermediate) examination with Mathematics as one of the passed subjects from CBSE or any other Board recognized by Jamia Hamdard as equivalent there, securing at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate (or) passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/Intermediate) examination with Commerce background.

Qualification required for MCA:-
The candidate should have passed graduate degree with any desire subject from a reputed University or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in their examination. 55% aggregate marks for reserved categories. Candidates who are appearing in the final year of degree course may also eligible to apply for MCA exam.
