You can do B.Sc with computer Science or IT and other option is BCA. Then, you can do Master's degree in information technology.

Most of the colleges and universities have an entrance exam for MBA. If there is any university in which admission is on the basis of marks in graduation, the cut-off for that is above 90%. As you have low marks in graduation, there is no option left. You can go for another course.

But, if you are looking for MCA from Maharashtra, then Pune is best city for Master's in Computer Application, because as compared to the institutes and Colleges in Mumbai, Pune has better quality of Education for Computer Application programs. No, you will have to appear for an entrance exam in order to secure admission in a good college for pursuing MCA. No good college will accept admission on the basis of merit or otherwise.

Getting a top grade colleges like VESIT, MIT SOM, VIT-Pune etc. For a non-Maharashtra students, it is difficult. You need to have at least percentile of 105-120 with respect to the colleges. And, doing your Master's degree from a college that is less in repo is not a good option. You can try for direct admission with this score to these college.
