For every college/university, you have to separately opt for hostel facilities, while taking admission you need to specify the hostel requirement.

As per your enquiry abou bvp management colleges. BUMAT is the eligibility criteria to get admission in iMED pune, IMR Delhi, etc. But the counselling procedure is already over for the college. So getting a seat in colleges will be very difficult, especially for iMED Pune and IMR Delhi. Because after the counselling, there was no cancellation and all the seats were full.
