No, MS-CIT is just a computer course. MCA does not require any such course for admission.

Both the institute are better If you want an NITian tag, then go for NIT. Placement is good in both of them. Placement depends on individual's talent. Institute only provides platform and various number of companies visit in both campus.

Hello Deepak,
Since, PSG College of Technology comes under Anna University counselling, you are advised to apply for that. The seats are filled only under the process of counselling. So, till now there are no information regarding the vacancies of seats for the courses in PSG.
May be at the time of counselling they may provide information regarding the vacancies of seats.

Delhi University, Amity University etc. and other central and state government universities like IIT Delhi, and NITs are best for CSE in Delhi.
Amrita University, Manipal University, GITAM, are one of the best university in Bengaluru, and IITs, NITs in Bengaluru and few other government universities are good for CSE.

We will not be able to tell which is good. You can see IVY League table and see the rankings. However, we suggest that you can select based on your budget. Another factor you can look for is check weather that offer any internship program during the study.

B.Tech IT is a better option in comparison to B.Sc IT-MCA, as you will save up to two year, as it will take four years to do B.Tech in comparison to six / five years for B.Sc IT-MCA. Indian IT industry treat B.Tech IT and MCA on par, but below BTech CSE.
