No university offers IT in MBA, it will be mentioned as Systems or IT management. Therefore, try to get into Hyderabad Central University that offers Systems or IT management specialization. All the best.

You can go for BA or BS in computer science in some of the top universities in Canada like:
1. University of British Columbia.
2. University of Toronto, etc.
The difference between BA and BS is that BS is more practical oriented as compared to BA. Both the options are good.

Your BE marks are adequate for the majority of the universities. However, since your IELTS score is overall 6 with one band at 5.5, I would suggest RMIT.

After completing class 12th, you can start doing CCNA or CISCO certified course. So, the qualification is important till you have a HSC or a Bachelors degree in any field. It depends on what you want to pursue as it is a wide branch.
