IT is not a core function of majority of PSU. IT is only a facilitating technology to support core business of PSU. Therefore, in every PSU IT professional have limited growth and career opportunities. However, few government organisation such as Railtel, CDAC, NIC, NISG etc which are dedicated for IT, IT engineers have good growth opportunities.

O level course of DOEACC scheme is equivalent to a foundation level course in computer applications. Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course and passing the examination conducted by the DOEACC society. Working professionals can also appear in this examination directly, provided they possess the requisite educational qualification as indicated below.
Only degree course needs to have a UGC recognition and as this is not a degree course, so UCG recognition is not necessary.

Hello Sri Raaman,
As you are in 12th with PCB, I suggest you to take mathematics as an optional subject, so that it will help you to go for engineering entrance and B.Tech in future where you can do engineering in computers.
The second option is, you can do diploma after 12th in hardware networking or other computer courses.
