Yes, you can crack CCNA exam after completing coaching of 6 to 12 months from a good institute. Its a network engineer certificate which is issued by CISCO. It helps a lot to you to get good networking jobs in top reputed companies like google. Only problem with this course is that, most of the networking jobs are of night shifts, its a little hard to get job in a day shift.

BCA is a 3-year program and not will make you an engineer. B.Tech is a 4 years program which can get you an engineering degree. BCA provides a sound base on which advanced computer applications can be developed.

Any IT recruiter looks for following in any B.Tech IT student during campus placement: Analytical and Creative thinking, Masterly on at least one Object Oriented Programming language, strong Data structure and RDBMS understanding, Soft Skills, willingness to learn ( this is tested by your knowledge on latest in the field of IT) and general awareness. If you work hard on your academics and participate in extra curricular activities to develop your personality, you will able to get a very good job.

The main focus of B.Tech in Information technology is on computers and technology. It differs from computer science engineering in the aspect that in this the student is expected to learn management and information theory. It includes a detailed study of programming and of the software computer. During the course of B.Tech in Information Technology the student studies the methods to program electronic equipment such that it works according to the instruction given. After completing B.Tech in Information Technology the student learns to develop software which is the basic requirement of various software firms.

Pursuing MBA after completing BBA is better. My suggestion is to pursue MBA in IT after completing BBA in IT.
