You can do Aeronautical Engineering specialisation after Mechanical engineering graduation also but I will recommend that you do B.Tech AE and then do super specialisation at M.Tech. You can evaluate IIT Powai, PEC University Chandigarh, IIST, Manipal university, Amity University etc. Amity has 5 year integrated M.Tech program in Aerospace Engineering and it is a very well recived in industry.

There is no B.Sc in IT but yes a bigger branch which include IT that is computer Science demands for that depend on the college u are doing from but for got company u need to pursue M.Sc after B.Sc

Both MCA and MBA are good career options. If you are technically inclined you may go for MCA else MBA.
