If you would love Servers, Networking, Database design and architectures, Systems and want to be Network Architect, System Admin and Solution Architect then IT is a good choice.
Otherwise CS is more of Software development, especially the mechanics of computation, data processing, and systems control. They understand the intricacies of computer theory and master the mathematical algorithms necessary to write code and develop innovative computer hardware, software programs, and operating systems.

yes a commerce guy can go through the BCA but u need maths in higher senior secondary, BCA is all about maths so dear before taking any decision for BCA it will be ddifficult for u .
