Since you have done your BE in IT so MBA IT would be best for you. Looking at today's scenario, undoubtedly, MBA in IT has a huge scope in it. If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this course program you need to be GRADUATE in any field.
Please note with 3 years diploma course you are not eligible to get admission in PGDM program.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
